The Advanced Diploma in Management programme consists of 3 certificates, awarded after the completion of each module. The programme is designed for students who have already followed the Diploma in Management at St Thomas Institute or have a working knowledge of basic Accounting and/or have occupied a supervisory position for at least a year and are proficient in English. Successful completion of the 3 certificates is necessary for the award of the Advanced Diploma. The Advanced Diploma programme provides students with applied and industry-standard business skills and knowledge in real-world scenarios. Students work both independently and collaboratively to demonstrate industry-recognised standards of excellence. The resulting skill-set enables students either to begin entrepreneurial ventures or to assume more senior management roles. The Advanced Diploma in Management will prepare you for the many new challenges ahead by teaching you the strong theoretical and practical skills required in the management of contemporary organisations. |
