Aims
The syllabus aims to:

  1. provide candidates with an understanding of basic economic concepts, theories and principles.
  2. prepare candidates for effective participation in society as citizens, producers and consumers.
  3. develop candidates’ personal effectiveness through an understanding of contemporary
    economic issues.
